What are your breakfast hours?

Breakfast is from 6:30-9:30am every morning.

What do you serve for breakfast?

Our breakfast has a variety of hot and cold choices from pancakes, eggs bacon, yogurt oatmeal and our signature cinnamon rolls.

Do you offer free coffee?

We have free coffee out 24 hours a day as well as hot water for tea.

What is check in/check out time?

Check in time is at 3pm checkout time is 11pm.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

The hotel is 100% smoke free. Guests can smoke outside in the designated smoking areas.

How much do you charge for high speed/Wi-Fi internet access?

We offer Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the whole hotel.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Our fitness center is newly renovated and offers treadmill, elliptical, medicine balls and free weights.

Do you have a business center?

There is a business center right off our lobby with printing capabilities.

Do you have a pool?

The hotel has a seasonal outdoor pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Does your hotel have refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms?

Every room has a mini fridge hidden in the dresser. A community microwave is available in the breakfast area.

Are pets allowed?

The hotel does not allow pets only service animals allowed.

Do you allow packages to be shipped to the hotel?

Any packages guests have shipped to the hotel must have their first and last name on it and arrival date.

Airport & Shuttle

How far is the hotel from Boston Logan Airport?

The hotel is located 11 miles, or about 20 -25 minutes away from Logan Airport.

I rented a car from Logan Airport how do I return it?

You can return your rental car at any time to Boston Logan. Please call the hotel when ready to be picked up by the shuttle.

What are the shuttle hours and how do I book?

The shuttle runs 24 hours. Departures are every half hour from 3:30-7:30am. Then from 8am on the van leaves the hotel every hour on the hour. For Pickups please call the hotel at 781-233-1800 once you have all of your luggage. When heading back to the airport the vans are on a first come first serve basis holding only ten people. If you need an early shuttle please call the hotel 24 hours before so we can sign your party up. Otherwise guests can sign up for the shuttle at the front desk upon check in.

Is there a specific waiting location for the shuttle when being picked up from the airport?

The shuttle pick up points vary by each terminal. The shuttle will always pick up downstairs outside of arrivals. When guests call for pick up the front desk will instruct them on the exact waiting location for the airline they came in on.

Does your hotel offer park, sleep, and fly packages?

The hotel offers 3 park, sleep, and fly packages a 7, 10, and 14 days of parking. Please book online or call the hotel directly for pricing.

How early should I leave for the airport?

It is recommended for domestic flights to be at the airport an hour and a half before the flight. International Flights it is recommended to be there 3 hours before the flight.

What are the peak traffic times in your area when departing and arriving at the airport?

In the mornings the hours are from 6:30-9am and then in the evening from 5-7pm. During these times it could take up to 35 minutes going either way.


Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?

The hotel has complimentary onsite parking for registered guests. If guests are leaving their car to fly out on a trip parking is $12 a day.

What size vehicles fit in your parking lot?

Regular size cars and SUVs fit on our lot. Tractor trailers will not fit.

I left my car in your parking lot while I'm away, what happens if it snows?

The hotel will shovel between but will not clean off the cars.

What restaurants / coffee shops are nearby?

There are a few restaurants within walking distance being Papagayo, Friendly's and Hooters. The nearest coffee shop within walking would be Starbucks.

Is there any access to public transportation nearby?

The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to Airport train station on the Blue Line. The station is about 20-25 minutes away.

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs and is there a charge?

Rollaways and cribs are available upon request. There is no charge for a crib. The Rollaway charge is $20

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Please inquire with the hotel as some reservations have restrictions.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

When you check in to our hotel we will need to see a credit card and photo ID which can be license or a passport. The minimum age to check in is 21.

Do you have connecting rooms?

The hotel has connecting rooms. These room types are not guaranteed if needed please call the hotel in advance.

How do I inquire about group rates?

Do you have accessible rooms?

The accessible rooms the hotel has are a king size bed with a roll in shower or a king size bed with a tub. Hearing accessible rooms are available as well.

Do you offer long term rates?

The hotel offers long term rates for those staying 14 days or more. Please contact the hotel directly for pricing.

What forms of payment does the hotel accept?

The hotel accepts all major credit and debit cards. The hotel does not accept cash or prepaid credit cards.

What charges go on my card?

At Check in the credit or debit card presented will authorized for room and tax for your entire stay as well as incidentals.

I booked a rewards club night and want to leave my car at the hotel while I'm on vacation?

The points would not cover parking. The charge for parking would be $12 a day.
